Length of Hunt and Dates:
1 hunter 2 day hunts 3 nights.
2 - 3 hunters 3 day hunts 4 nights.
4 hunters 4 day hunts 5 nights.

For groups of 3 or 4 hunters you will have camp to yourselves.
All hunts will take place in October unless otherwise agreed. We can be very flexible so give us a call to arrange your hunting dates. For safety reasons we will have no more than 4 hunters per hunt and no more than 3 hunters per guide.

Deposits and Final Payment:
Deposits are non-refundable but may be passed to another hunter for the same year only. A 50 % deposit is required to book a hunt. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. For final payment only cash and/or a bank draft will be accepted. No exceptions considered. Prior to final payment and prior to the beginning or your hunt you must be willing to read and sign an, Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability Agreement and sign a hunting contract.

Airport to the Ranch:
When you contact your travel agent for your flight ask the agent to have a car rental waiting for you at the airport. Directions to the hunting ranch will be sent to you upon booking.

Ranch, Lodging and Camp Facilities:
A 200 acre hunting ranch packed with mixed forest will offer a challenge to find your bull in the thickness of the woods. The ranch will supply a comfortable camp including sleeping quarters, food, cook, outdoor toilet and all necessary facilities in order to offer you a basic yet enjoyable hunting camp. This camp is not a fancy lodge but more a common hunting camp for the client who just likes to get out there and hunt but does not need all the trimmings. We try to maintain a down to earth, relaxed storytelling kind of family atmosphere. Bedding is not supplied so please bring your own sleeping bag and any personal items you may need to make your hunt most enjoyable.

Included in Your Hunt:
  • No other charges after your kill is made.
  • A guide for your trophy elk hunt.
  • Accommodations while hunting.
  • Meals and lunches will be provided at the hunting ranch.
  • Skinning and all preparation of your trophy.
  • Export permit.
  • Delivery of your trophy to a reputable taxidermist if requested.
  • Your trophy bull elk or 100% refund of your hunt.
  • A great time.
Non Included in Your Hunt:
  • Your flight to and from the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, Airport or the Edmonton International Airport, Alberta Canada.
  • Your own transportation to and from the hunting ranch.
  • Motel accommodations if you need them prior to and after your hunt.
  • Your own meals before and after your hunt.
  • Alcoholic beverages.
  • All costs for any taxidermy work and all shipping and handling of your trophy bull elk.
  • Import permit for meat from USDA (agriculture) $94.00us.
  • Gratuities.
  • Any personal items you may need for a more enjoyable hunt.
